Seasoning Creator - Your future position?
Purpose
- To lead and execute product development projects of moderate complexity, creating and optimizing SEASONING blends while ensuring alignment with customer and segment requirements.
- The role acts as a technical point of contact for the category, contributes to process improvement within the creation function, and supports the development of junior creators through guidance and coaching.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage assigned creation projects from brief interpretation to prototype delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and documentation standards are met.
- Independently formulate and evaluate blends, seasonings and/or solutions, selecting appropriate raw materials to deliver desired SEASONING performance across applications.
- Guide junior creators and trainees on formulation techniques, documentation, and laboratory best practices; provide input to performance and development discussions.
- Identify and drive opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement in formulation, data management, and sample preparation workflows.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Applications, Evaluation, Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure technical feasibility and smooth project execution.
- Support the development and implementation of new tools and methodologies that improve productivity and foster innovation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards in the laboratory environment.
- Act as the technical contact for resolving complex formulation or raw material issues within assigned area.

Technical Skills
- Excellent process and technical knowledge of SEASONING creation, formulation, and sensory assessment; familiarity with related disciplines such as culinary applications and raw material technology.
- Proven capability to perform complex creation duties and propose creative solutions aligned with cost, quality, and stability objectives.
- Ability to identify process improvements and implement best practices beyond the immediate work area.
- Strong documentation, data‑tracking, and project management proficiency.
Academic Background
- Polytechnic or Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in product development.
