Job Description - Graphic Designer (Turkey)

Primary Function:

Create visual text and imagery concepts, by hand or using computer software, and communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. Develop and shape the overall layout and production design for the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, corporate reports and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle the entire process of studying design briefs, defining requirements, visualising and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos.

- Manage multiple design requests, ensuring same-day execution and delivery.

- Execute design revisions to deliver fully approved, production-ready visuals.

- Test graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback.

- Develop high-quality print and digital visuals in line with brand guidelines.

- Develop, print, and assemble physical mockups for design validation and review.

- Communicate with the Art Director or supervisor about layout and design.

- Conceptualise visuals based on requirements and submit them for approval.

- Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic.

- Work with the relevant team members to produce final designs.

- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

- Seek opportunities to learn, experiment with new visual styles, and elevate creative standards.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field.

- 2-3 years of proven graphic design experience.

- Experience as a graphic designer, demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

- Proficient in design software and AI tools (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Firefly, etc.)

- Video editing and Motion Graphics design experience are a plus.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
