Your Role

  • Learning Program Development: Design and develop innovative learning programs, including workshops, seminars, online courses, and other learning interventions, to address the developmental needs of employees across different departments and levels.
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually, utilizing various instructional techniques and multimedia resources to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and performance improvement opportunities within the organization, leveraging feedback mechanisms, performance data, and stakeholder input.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality learning materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and multimedia content, to support learning initiatives and ensure content relevance and effectiveness.
  • Learning Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through ongoing assessment, feedback analysis, and performance metrics tracking, and continuously refine programs based on insights gathered.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with HR business partners, department heads, and other key stakeholders to understand business priorities and learning needs, and ensure alignment of learning initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Learning Technology Management: Oversee the implementation and management of learning technologies and platforms, ensuring optimal utilization and functionality to support learning delivery and tracking.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards in learning and development practices, and uphold quality standards in program design and delivery.
  • Learning Management System Administration : Oversee the administration and maintenance of the learning management system, including content uploading, user management, and reporting.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training facilitation, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and learning technology trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, with a demonstrated digital savviness and a proactive approach towards adopting new technologies.
  • Strong data mindset, including the ability to analyze data effectively, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to support organizational objectives.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia development software.
  • Relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish; additional languages are advantageous.
