1. Why is this role really critical to us?
• Plans and executes e2e digitalization and automation of all one more product penetration actions by using pega for soho segment
• Responsible of overall P&L for SOHO segment by driving growth through customer value based campaigns & one more product activities.
• Optimise campaign & activity results through performance reviews and target, insight, process & offer improvements.
• Defines the rules for optimization of channels, ensure the right channel for each offer/product and manage contact rules across channels
• Insights and data driven reasoning
• Min 4 years work experience
• Customer oriented mindset
• Experience in marketing, CRM or segment management
• Results driven and delivery focused approach
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across business teams
• Very good written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English
