About the Role

As a Guest Relations Officer - Russian Speaking, we rely on you to

• Anticipate and take responsibility for guests' needs,


• Ensure that all guests enjoys the best possible hotel experience,


• Provide help and assistance to all guests.

About You

• Takes pride in being a hotelier,


• Loves to interact with guests and customers,


• Communicates and writes with fluency in English & Russian (local language is a plus),


• Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions,


• Preferably possesses luxury experience in an international hotel,


• Has strong interpersonal skills.
