Provide technical support for key HCS projects outside China, in the industry, or for NAs, covering research, requirements, planning, solution design, and continuous operation. Based on industry scenarios outside China, develop a series of HCS industry scenario-based solutions, such as national AI cloud, e-Government big data, financial infrastructure, financial intelligent data lake, and oil and gas power digital cloud platform, and output the operation package.
Gain insights into the market space and competitiveness of typical scenarios in regions outside China, plan scenario portfolio solutions, and guide the implementation of scenario competitiveness in horizontal product planning. Output tactics and competition analysis of common competitors in markets outside China based on highly competitive projects. For example, new scenarios A1, A2, and A3. For Vxx/Nxx in the installed base evolution scenario, clearly convey the HCS competitive advantages, tactics, and defense methods.
Have good communication and expression skills, be able to convert technical language into customized language for different customer groups and be able to communicate with customers.
Have work experience in one or more of the following fields: cloud computing, virtualization, server, network, and storage. Master related technical principles.
Have a strong sense of responsibility and be customer success oriented. Proactively streamline and collaborate with related teams to achieve customer/project success.
Have strong self-motivation and constantly require self-learning and improvement to adapt to the changing and new requirements of the cloud industry/financial industry.
More than 3 years of work experience
Familiar with Huawei Cloud basic services and advanced cloud services; basic knowledge of AI
Some understanding of the public cloud market in Turkey
Possess certain public cloud solution capabilities (Huawei, Azure, AWS are all acceptable)

Accurately understand customer business needs, sort out value needs, and guide project construction scope
Design customized solutions based on Huawei's mature industry solutions
Solve customer problems and achieve corresponding benefits, realizing a win-win situation for customers and Huawei
The frontline SA is the primary person responsible for the customer interface solution, and all solution-related work should be proactively promoted and resolved, including quickly closing customer solution questions and implementing customer needs, etc.
The frontline SA should play a solution-driven role, directing BD and surrounding teams to identify opportunities, expand industry opportunities, and manage the entire project lifecycle, timely identifying problems and risks, and promoting project success
The frontline SA should summarize while fighting, output best practices, benchmark cases, and related capability experience documents, continuously promoting team capability improvement
