Our client is a global FMCG company and we are looking for a "Head of Distribution Sales Channel" directly reporting to General Manager.

Job Description

• Managing existing distributor relationships and collaborating with new distributors.
• Determining sales targets and developing strategies to achieve these targets.
• Managing sales operations and continually seeking improvement opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Preparing sales reports and sharing them with senior management.
• Collaborating with marketing teams to conduct market analysis and gain a competitive advantage.
• Managing the team you are responsible for

The Successful Applicant

Our successful candidate should have bachelor degree with minimum 15 years of FMCG experience in distributor channel. People management experience and advance level of English are must.
