Job Description - Head of Integrated Sales

Manages the potential sale of products and/or services to a customer or partner in order to generate revenue against a forecasted quota across a defined execution process. Accountable for sales strategy, sales processes and achieving sales revenue targets across all sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creates and executes local sales strategy for the short, medium, and long term. Identifies and negotiates deals to expand sales and market share.
  • Oversees sales for Lifestyle, Retail, Automotive, Technology, and Chemicals industries.
  • Leads a team of 6-10 members; responsible for employee lifecycle.
  • Provides vision and direction for business and operational areas; implements policies, and executes business plans.
  • Leverages understanding of the local business environment to support
    development of the sales strategy.
  • Manages and realizes sales visits and calls to both existing and/or potential clients.
  • Oversees forecasting and budgeting process to ensure alignment with business
    goals.
  • University Degree
  • Around 15 years of sales experience in logistics industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and in-depth understanding of logistics products, including contract logistics and land transportation (but not limited to these areas)
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and fostering strong customer relationships
  • Prior experience managing and developing a team is essential
  • Ability to combine data-driven insights with a keen commercial sense
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed organizational structure
  • Fluency in English and Turkish, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
