Job Description - Head of Sales

Head of Sales promotes and sells Fragrances and leads the sales team.
As a Head of Sales, you will drive and manage regional growth across Fragrances.
Businesses by driving revenue, generating strategies, and serving as a trusted business partner to largest customers.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the Fragrance’s Business based businesses Negotiating with key clients and selling services for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
Provides customers with general and specific information regarding product portfolio, applications, documents and presentations.
Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions to meet their objectives.
Develop strategic work plans for completing sales targets and service/consultation calls with new and existing customers.
Take proactive measures and corrective actions, ensuring that targets are not just met but exceeded, leaving no room for compromise.
Networking Extraordinaire: Establish enduring networks across all layers of the defined accounts.
Engage directly with key stakeholders and position them strategically within the account, accelerating development and breaking down barriers to forge robust business relationships. Aranan Özellikler:
Bachelor Degree In: Cosmetology, Biology , Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or in any other related field,
Master Degree is preferred,
Strong interest in perfumery and product development (Marketing/R&D) is mandatory,
+10 years progressive business experience with a commercial and client coordination focus,
Creative and innovative thinking,
Great business acumen and orientation to results,
Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skill,
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams,
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills,
Ability to effectively negotiate and influence others,
Developing and maintaining solid relationships with the Customers,
Excellent Organizational and Planning skills,
Willingness to travel /visit multiple clients on a Territory base, (within the country)
Possibility to travel outside of the country,
Ability to communicate well and possess excellent presentation skills,
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment,
Proficiency in computing skills such as Microsoft Suite especially PowerPoint and Excel,
Problem solving attitude,
Very good command of the English Language, (proficiency level)
Driving License: Type B.
