Job Description - Head of Sales (Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency)

Job Description

This leadership role leads the company's revenue growth and expansion of market dominance by managing project sales and solution partnership activities in the fields of renewable energy and energy efficiency. It includes responsibilities in strategic decision-making in line with the company's sales targets, developing sustainable business partnerships, customer and stakeholder management, developing new business areas and team management. Directly reporting to the General Manager, the professional will be accountable for:

  • Developing sales strategies in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiency, conducting market research and providing innovative solutions
  • Implementing strategic sales plans by leading the sales team to increase market share and achieve revenue targets
  • Identifying new business opportunities and leading the establishment of relevant business partnerships to strengthen the market presence of the renewable energy and energy efficiency product portfolio
  • Monitoring project sales team targets, profitability and volume performance
  • Contributing to the provision of energy solutions for specific needs by analyzing customer needs together with relevant stakeholders
  • Implementing strategic plans for market dynamics by following sector trends and regulatory developments

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree from reputable universities, master degree is a plus
  • Minimum 20-25 years of career with minimum 5 years of leadership background gained in energy market coupled with project sales experience within renewable energy and energy efficiency areas is a must
  • P&L management experience is a must
  • Having value/solution offering skills, strong business acumen and commercial mindset
  • Solid people management background
  • Fluency in English is a must
