Job Description - Healthcare Solutions & Partnerships (HS&P) Lead - GEM North Region
Serve as the senior HS&P leader for the assigned region (North or South). Align HS&P initiatives with regional and country commercial strategies, priorities, and business objectives. Act as the primary strategic partner to Sr. Regional Directors and country management teams. Ensure HS&P activities directly support top commercial opportunities, tenders, strategic accounts, and priority therapy areas. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). 7+ years of experience in healthcare solutions, commercial strategy, partnerships, sales leadership, or similar roles. Strong understanding of healthcare systems, payer models, operational workflows, and value-based solutions. Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams in matrix environments. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in emerging markets strongly preferred. Ensure end-to-end ownership of HS&P projects — from opportunity assessment to implementation and impact measurement. Provide daily strategic guidance to SAMs, managing their priorities, focus accounts, and HS&P opportunities as if they were part of the HS&P team. Guide SAMs on opportunity qualification, customer needs analysis, and deployment of Solution Partners. Ensure SAMs operate with full alignment to HS&P methodologies, tools, and value-creation models. Establish a high-performance environment where SAMs act as true integrators between commercial teams and HS&P. Ensure solutions are designed with customer needs, operational feasibility, and commercial relevance in mind. Collaborate closely with divisional leaders (NC, CRM, EP, PI, Endo, Uro, NMD), marketing, tendering, finance, and HEMA to ensure integrated solutions. Strengthen collaboration with Remote Sales, Remote Support, and other scalable platforms. Maintain alignment with EMEA HS&P functions to adopt best practices and support harmonization. Ensure accurate tracking of value creation, commercial outcomes, and execution performance. Support budgeting, capacity planning, and resource allocation for HS&P within the subregion.
