Understand the HR technology needs of various countries and enhance the utilization of these systems.
Manage Digital HR Transformation initiatives according to HR strategies.
Identify deficiencies in country-specific processes and ensure compliance with standardized processes through system usage.
Ensure countries adhere to determined processes through system implementation.
Increase system utilization by creating synergy with the project management team, Digital Transformation (DT) team, Centers of Expertise (CoE), and country-specific teams.
Conduct process audits in CCI countries and publish disclosure, risk, and requirement catalogs for optimization, standardization, and quality assurance.
Inform relevant stakeholders about project plans related to incomplete processes and system usage.
Deploy integrated HR systems, platforms, and processes into countries to build HR fundamentals.
Develop project plans, action items, meeting notes, deliverables, risks, issues, and project documentation, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for data quality.
Lead project teams and cross-country and functional initiatives.
Develop, create, and maintain training materials and training programs associated with HR systems.
Actively participate in the implementation of new systems, upgrades, and/or integrations.
Contribute to innovation in the HR systems area by proposing new solutions to business stakeholders.
Continuously improve HR processes and systems to ensure they meet organizational needs and standards.
