Job Description - HR Executive - Performance Management

Founded in Poland in 2000 and now serving over 2 million users across 6 countries, Benefit Systems (MultiSport) is accelerating its growth in the Turkish market. Responsibilites:

  • Assist in the design and execution of the company’s performance management strategy.
  • Coordinate and support periodic performance appraisal processes (e.g., mid-year and annual reviews).
  • Monitor performance KPIs and generate regular reports for leadership.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify performance gaps and propose development plans.
  • Assist in the implementation of goal-setting frameworks (e.g., OKRs or KPIs).
  • Provide training and guidance to employees and managers on performance management tools and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement and retention through performance recognition initiatives.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure fair and consistent application of performance-related policies.
  • Contribute to HR analytics projects by collecting and analyzing performance data.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in performance management.
  • Graduated from relevant departments of universities such as Economics, Business Administration, etc.,
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in performance management or talent development.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS and performance management software is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Fluent in English;
