Job Description:

Aim of job:

 

The HR Leader MedTech Turkey will be responsible for the creation and deployment of the One HR agenda to enable business results through strong partnering with Business Leaders in Talent Management, Capability Development, Organizational Design and Change Management initiatives.

This role will be primarily responsible for supporting the EP (Electrophysiology) business in Turkey as well as other businesses within MedTech , while also driving and supporting the broader One HR agenda across the country.

In addition, the role will contribute to selected HR initiatives and projects across the Emerging Markets region, collaborating beyond Turkey to support regional priorities and knowledge sharing.

The role will collaborate with the Regional HR Teams to develop and implement integrated HR Strategy projects for the client organization in Turkey.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deploy global/standardized HR strategy in partnership with local Business leaders to drive the achievement of business objectives in the following areas: organizational design, succession planning, career management, performance management and workforce planning
  • Drive a strong culture through application of organizational development interventions, coaching and business partnership with leadership
  • Partner with key HR leaders to support and define the cultural, engagement and change initiatives and implementation plans
  • Work directly with client groups to identify key capabilities aligned with business goals, conduct gap analysis, and develop and implement buy/build strategies
  • Provide ongoing and targeted coaching support to leaders
  • Play a lead role in employee communication in change initiatives within client groups
  • Lead & influence the implementation of compliant HR processes, local programs and competitive policies in market as aligned with Business Leaders, HR Business partners and Shared Service strategies
  • Ensure compliance with employment/labor relations regulations within region working hand in hand with Global Services where necessary including relationships with manpower supply companies.
  • Develop workforce plan for the country and develop country talent strategy in partnership with stakeholders to grow diverse leadership talent.
  • Develop and maintain employer-employee relationship that contributes to satisfactory productivity, motivation and morale.

 

Experience & Style

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or relevant area; Master degree (e.g., MBA, MA HR) preferred.
  • Have a minimum 10 years of HR experience, at least 5 years as BUHR.
  • Emerging Market experience is preferred.
  • Have working knowledge of the key HR disciplines (organizational development, change management, coaching, compensation, sales compensation, rewards, benefits, learning and development employment law)
  • Fluent English is a Must.
  • Candidates should possess a strategic business orientation and strong analytical thinking, with the ability to derive insights and translate them into integrated solutions to improve organization effectiveness and drive business objectives
  • Enterprise mindset, organizational savvy, strong collaboration skills, maturity of judgment, and personal resilience are also critical requirements in the context of our dynamic and challenging environment
