Job Description - Human Resoures Assistant (Device GTM)

Responsible for local staff recruitment, sourcing, onboarding and offboarding, training, and attendance management.
Meeting arrangements, Organizational atmosphere management, team-building activities, holiday celebrations, award ceremonies, and large-scale event organization.
Budget management, public announcements, and reimbursement support for departmental team-building activities etc.
Employee inquiries and support, office needs response, stationery management, and property management.
If necessary , support epidemic prevention management, distribution of epidemic prevention supplies, management, follow-up, and care for quarantined and at-risk individuals.
Other HR and administrative-related tasks.

Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience in HR, administration, or GM assistant roles.
Friendly , Strong communication skills, cross-departmental collaboration, and fluency in English as the working language.
Results-oriented, responsible, able to handle challenging tasks, and detail-oriented.
Ambitious with strong learning capabilities.
Relevant human resources experience is preferred.
