Responsibilities and Duties
Lead the end -to -end production of immersive experiences across AR, VR, and XR platforms for live broadcasts, virtual events, digital activations, and branded content.
Oversee both creative direction and technical implementation, ensuring high -quality, innovative deliverables that meet project objectives.
Define and manage production timelines, budgets, and resources, maintaining efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with creative directors, developers, technical artists, and external stakeholders to conceptualize and produce compelling spatial experiences.
Leverage platforms such as Unreal Engine, Unity, and WebXR to bring immersive concepts to life in real -time 3D environments.
Ensure seamless integration of interactive elements, virtual production pipelines, and cross -platform deployment strategies.
Stay abreast of emerging trends in spatial computing, virtual production, immersive storytelling, and interactive design.
Experiment with volumetric capture, motion tracking, LED wall integration, and virtual camera systems to push creative boundaries.
Explore and evaluate new tools, SDKs, and platforms (e.g., ARKit, ARCore, WebXR) to enhance production capabilities and workflows.
Manage cross -functional teams through all stages of immersive media production—from ideation to delivery.
Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, translating technical requirements into creative solutions.
Ensure alignment between client expectations, creative vision, and technical execution throughout all project phases.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Digital Arts, Game Design, or a related field is preferred.
Background in interactive design, spatial computing, or emerging media technologies is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience producing immersive media or managing AR/VR/XR projects in broadcast, entertainment, or brand storytelling.
Hands -on experience with live virtual production, spatial design, and volumetric capture workflows is a strong asset.
Proficient in Unreal Engine, Unity, and real -time rendering workflows.
Familiar with immersive content development using WebXR, ARKit, ARCore, and spatial media frameworks.
Knowledge of motion capture, LED volume workflows, virtual cameras, and 3D asset pipelines.
Ability to bridge the gap between technical constraints and creative vision in immersive environments.
Demonstrated success in managing full production life -cycles, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem -solving skills for managing multidisciplinary teams under tight timelines.
Fluency in English is required.
Proficiency in Turkish and Arabic is considered a strong advantage.
