We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated Inbound Sales Associate to join our growing sales team in Istanbul. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you’ll help them navigate their options and find the perfect flexible living solution—making a real impact from the very first conversation. If you’re passionate about sales, love talking to people, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, this is your opportunity to be part of a dynamic global team.
What You’ll Do Own the Sales Cycle
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and social platforms
Guide clients from initial contact through to apartment tours and final booking confirmation
Understand Client Needs
Conduct consultative sales calls to uncover client requirements
Offer tailored accommodation solutions across international markets
Deliver Results
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance KPIs
Ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience throughout the journey
Manage Your Pipeline
Keep leads updated in our CRM with timely, proactive follow-ups
Maintain detailed and accurate records to support pipeline health
Collaborate Across Teams
Partner with Operations, Customer Experience, and Marketing
Share feedback and insights to enhance the client journey and improve conversion
3+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in one company in either inbound or outbound sales
A hunter mentality: you’re confident leading discovery calls, handling objections, and closing deals
Fluent, native-level Turkish and English—both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
Strong familiarity with sales tools and CRMs; experience with Salesforce is a bonus
A coachable mindset and eagerness to grow in a high-performance team
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to manage a global pipeline
