Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project and change management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and solution-oriented teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless management of project Bill of Materials (PBOM) and change management processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as engineering, production, and supply chain), support the implementation of industrial information systems, and provide training to ensure stakeholders are equipped to succeed.

You’ll specifically take care of preparing and consolidating PBOM documents for ERP system uploads, but also managing data migration and ensuring consistency across systems.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Preparing and consolidating all project PBOM documents to ensure readiness for ERP system (IFS, SAP) upload

  • Effectively managing the factory's change management processes and updating necessary documentation

  • Supporting the implementation of industrial IS tools, acting as a key user for systems such as PLM (e.g., DMA, DELMIA) and ERP (e.g., SAP)

  • Organizing and leading change management activities, ensuring the completeness, correctness, and clarity of change requests

  • Ensuring accurate implementation of master data in systems, including M-BoM, P-BoM, routings, work centers, and tooling

  • Conducting tests prior to system implementation or updates and managing data migration

  • Providing training to users on new systems and updates

  • Representing the Configuration and Change Management (CCM) function in project and program meetings

  • Reporting on CCM performance indicators and managing actions for continuous improvement

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering

  • Minimum 3 years experience in project management, change management, and industrial engineering

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (such as IFS,SAP) and PLM tools (like CATIA, DELMIA)

  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

  • A certification in project management or change management (preferred)

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues

  • Contribute to innovative projects

  • Utilise our flexible and inclusive working environment

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries

  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning

  • Progress towards roles such as [CCM Manager or other leadership positions]

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
