Job Description - Inside Sales Professional

For our Customer Services - Sales Organisation, we seek a dynamic, motivated, and team-oriented individual whose role as Inside Sales Professional would be to drive sales via remote customer engagement, via outbound calls, virtual video calls and emails, proactively source sales opportunities through inbound leads and accounts. Understand customer needs and requirements. To build instant rapport and credibility to achieve customer satisfaction. Ensuring smooth sales process to close sales and meet targets.

What part will you play? 

  • Proactively engage with customers to develop business using an outbound sales call approach. Uses remote communication channels video chats, telephone, social media to interact with customers.
  • Partake in lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, to identify business prospects and create a list of potential customers.
  • Establish an executable plan with clear tasks to identify, follow-up and close business opportunity.
  • Provide and share relevant marketing information related to products, services, and solutions to customer via digital sales enablement platforms and tools.
  • Analyses end customers' needs and support their decision-making process.
  • Manage sales pipeline and develop accounts to uncover and close new sales opportunities within InsideSales prerequisites.
  • Work with Business Units’ Product or Portfolio Managers to understand specific products and services that are suited for InsideSales customers or the served markets targeted for InsideSales.
  • Maintain accurate records of target accounts, opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts in SieSales.
  • Routinely review new and existing accounts to validate their growth potentials in terms of dealing with these accounts remotely.
  • Ensure that services are delivered efficiently and customer-centrically to maximize customer satisfaction.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree is required, preferably in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in service portfolios in the Electrical industry.
  • 2-3+ years of Sales experience.
  • Broad understanding in customer-to-customer (C2C) business models within energy sector
  • Good level of English
  • Systemic problem solver, implementing solutions to solve root cause problems.
  • Able to handle multiple, complex priorities and balance the needs of each according to business impact.
  • Is confident to give people space to learn and make mistakes.
  • Strong written and oral communication and facilitation skills.
  • Creative and change-oriented Continuous Improvement process skills.
