As the inside sales representative, you will be responsible for finding new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
We are looking for a sales superstar candidate who is competitive, a good listener, and can close sales to meet targets. You should have experience in a relevant sales position or cloud software sales and marketing operations.
You should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, good organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. Strong phone and cold calling skills, the ability to listen to customers, and a talent for upselling products and services are all essential qualities.
If you have experience using online marketing tools and knowledge and experience in General SaaS solutions like Helpdesk, Project Management Tools, Sales CRM, and ITSM, that's a plus.
