Inspector

        Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage technical and site activities throughout project execution,


• Coordinate project planning, progress tracking, quality control, and cost management processes,


• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders,


• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports,


• Ensure project execution complies with technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules,


• Support quantity surveying, measurement, and progress payment processes,


• Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of occupational health and safety requirements.

        Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering,


• Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in construction projects,


• Strong knowledge of project reporting, documentation, and follow-up processes,


• Good command of English, both written and spoken,


• Proficient in MS Office applications,


• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills,


• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,


• No travel restrictions,


• Residing in or willing to work in the European side of Istanbul,


• Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment and site operations.
