Your role and responsibilities

Carrying out mechanical assembly operations of robotic arc welding and spot welding cells, robot lines and other robotic applications in ABB site and at the customer sites in accordance with the layout plan, 3D design and technical specifications,
Conducting customer site visits before installation, organizing the necessary preparations, determining installation details with customers,
Ensuring coordination and guidance when working with subcontractor employees,
Performing basic robotic setup, calibration etc. operations after mechanical installation,
Finding fast and effective solutions to problems encountered during installation process,
Detection of missing or problematic parts during assembly and monitoring of manufacturing processes; Making revisions at customer or ABB facilities when necessary,
High cooperation with other departments in project installation processes,
Making suggestions that can increase efficiency in the work carried out,
Maintaining and cleaning the tools and equipment used during the assembly process,
Supporting mechanical or commissioning teams when necessary, with the permission of the manager,
Using equipment such as spider cranes and scissor lifts during installation.

Qualifications for the role

• Graduated from the related programs of Technical Vocational High School and Vocational Technical Schools (Metal, Machinery, Automotive, Manufacturing etc.)
• Preferably having knowledge in robotic welding and spot welding applications,
• Experienced in the field of machine assembly; preferably take part in the installation and commissioning processes of robotic welding cells, spot cells and robotic lines,
• Not having travel restrictions, able to take part in installation and commissioning works at domestic or international customer sites,
• Preferably have basic robotics knowledge,
• Ability to use hand tools and assembly equipment,
• Preferably, able to use lathe, milling machine, manual arc welding machine,
• Experience and knowledge in technical drawings,
• No restrictions on working at height
• Having fundamental computer knowledge, able to use basic Office programs(Word, Excel etc.),
• Having a valid driving license and being an active driver,
• Prone to teamwork,
• Having advanced communication skills,
• Preferably having a basic level of English.
