Internal Control Lead (Fintech) - Hybrid

• Carrying out the control activities included in the annual internal control plan.
• Performing product and process-based IT & Internal controls.
• Developing IT & Internal control tests for new risks.
• Reporting and proposing recommendation to identified risks.
• Build, grow and improve the internal control environment.
• Work with HQ audit/IT audit teams closely on all matters of information technologies analysis.
• Provide IT & Internal control reports and all supporting documents for Internal audit or external audit.
• Adapting and forming IT & Process policies & procedures and ensuring that they are up to date.
• Evaluating Information Security, IT Risk Management topics that are requested from the regulators such as BRSA, CBT authority and providing guidance for them in the entity.
• Defining controls for Information Security , IT Risk Management, Business continuity processes, coordinating the implementation plan, making the periodic reports and preparing the presentations.
• Planning and coordinating the Business Continuity exercises and reviewing the business requirements.
• Planning the penetration tests, following up the process with both internal/external teams and tracking the action plan.

• At least Bachelor’s Degree from related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Controller.
• Fluency in English.
• Having knowledge of COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL etc.
• Preferably having CISA, CISM, CRISC or related certificates.
• Strong analytical skills, careful and detail oriented.
• Motivated, energetic, and eager to learn new tasks and skills.
