International Sales & Market Development Associate

Devin Tech Inc., founded in 2016 in Marietta, Georgia (USA), is an international distributor of consumer electronics and mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, wearables, audio products, gaming consoles, and computer components.

We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded team member to join our global operations supporting the U.S. market, with a focus on Spanish -speaking regions and partners.

Role Overview

In this role, you will support market research activities, identify sales opportunities, and contribute to business growth across international markets.

This is a performance -driven, commission -based position, meaning your results directly impact your earnings and growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on competitors, product trends, and sales opportunities

• Identify new customers, distributors, and business partners

• Analyze emerging and existing markets to uncover growth opportunities

• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of leads and opportunities

• Manage customer communication in both English and Spanish

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system

• Collect and interpret market data from online platforms and industry sources

• Provide insights to support sales and marketing decisions

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Analytical and problem -solving mindset

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast -paced, international environment

• Proactive approach to improving processes and results

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Willingness to travel internationally when required

• Flexibility to work across U.S. time zones
