Key Responsibilities
Lead, coordinate, and manage international sales operations.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Identify new sales channels and opportunities.
Reach out to potential clients through various channels.
Perform presentations to visitors and potential clients.
Manage negotiations and close deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate brokers.
Analyze market trends and competition to stay up to date.
Implement global sales plans and strategies for current projects.
Set new sales strategies for local and foreign real estate brokers.
Manage the entire sales process from beginning to handover.
Analyze potential clients and create effective strategies.
Conduct market research for competitor analysis.
Ensure the preparation of all related contracts in line with legal aspects.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and applications.
Report daily activities to management and update them in CRM software.
Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, particularly in international real estate.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends.
Familiarity with legal aspects of real estate transactions.
Proficient in CRM software.
