SDN Readiness for transport: ability to guide the SDN implementation in the network inline with the group strategy Create design solutions and planning guidelines to enable efficient and standardized network, ability to find smart solutions for any automation in planning. High level of capacity planning of radiolink access and IP Access network, create business cases to ensure that adequate capacity is available to meet traffic demands. Ability to automate IP design configuration using python, etc. Continually seek opportunities to decrease operational costs within the network, ability to manage the capacity demands between other operators Define equipment to be used in the network and determine equipment type and quantities to be used in the projects, Support to L3,L2 and L1 team for solving complex and critical problems. Team player able to cooperate closely with all divisions within company in a friendly manner without losing the integrity of his/her purpose as IP Network. Develop projects that increases network efficiency and reduces opex, Follow up BTK related application processes both inside and outside Manage Vendor for all technical improvements to meet Transport Network requirements Have good knowledge of Huawei RTN series of radiolinks and Huawei ATN/PTN aggregation nodes, Optimize access network by using new hub points, prepare reroute plans in order to maximize network availability, optimize network by checking the utilization reports, prepare new capacity plans in order to maximize the efficiency Manage Vendor for all technical improvements to meet Transport Network requirements Check network quality reports, prepare action plans for the other departments Graduate from a reputable university as electrical, electronics, electronics and telecommunication or computer engineering Master degree in Electrical/Electronic field or MBA is also desired Have minimum 6 years of experience in telecommunication Have min 4 years of telecommunication transport planning/operation experience IP Network certifications, including CCNP, and CCIE is also desired Have experience on IP routing protocols such as IS-IS, BGP, signalling protocols such as LDP, RSVP. Good command of English Have knowledge Huawei IP/MPLS and MW product portfolio Have not restriction for mobility
