Job Description

• University degree (Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, other engineering disciplines arepreferred)
• 5+ years experience in Business Analyst Role within project management
• Self-motivated with leadership, effective listening, detail-oriented, presentation, communication, organization, and strong strategic thinking and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving and business analysis skills and experience, including functional decomposition, requirements gathering and process modelling.
• Ability to translate business goals and metrics into business process outcomes and related business cases for specific projects
• Ability to work within virtual teams and facilitate small groups in workshop settings
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and change
• Knowledge and hands on experience on SDLC, scrum and agile methodologies
• Good command of English (German would be an advantage)
• Experience in FMCG and Retail industries is a big plus

The Successful Applicant

• Leading business analysis sessions: Analysing business processes with business departments to collect and identify requirements from stakeholders
• Preparing as-is and to-be workflows of business processes that can be detailed in project design document
• Providing a bridge role by ensuring proper coordination between IT, application consultants and business.
• Proposing solutions that match with business and project needs
• Managing change requests during implementation
• Documenting pain points and inefficiencies during project implementation phases
• Assisting in problem and issue resolution with project manager and reporting progress in a summarized written format
• Writing and managing test cases and tracking bugs
• Coordinating User Acceptance Tests (UAT) with product owners
