IT Engineer

Opened in 2018, our Turkey office operates as the R&D arm of Rapsodo. We have offices located in Bayraklı & Technopark in the Izmir Ege University, recognized by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology as one of Turkey’s most successful Technoparks. Our offices incorporate UI/UX, Mobile, Cloud Technologies along with Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Data Science and Unity teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system and network issues to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage the installation, configuration, and upgrades of hardware and software systems.

• Implement and oversee IT security measures, including firewalls, access controls, VPNs, and data protection policies.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, system audits, and penetration testing.
• Develop and enforce IT security policies to safeguard organizational data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Deploy, configure, and optimize cloud-based applications to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper integration and synchronization of cloud solutions with on-premise systems.
• Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams and end-users for IT-related issues.
• Train staff on the effective use of IT systems and security practices.
• Maintain an IT knowledge base for recurring issues and solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems, processes, and security protocols.
• Ensure all IT systems comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT engineering, system administration, or cloud management.
• Proven track record of implementing IT security measures and managing cloud platforms.
• Strong expertise in network architecture and server management.
• Proficiency in IT security practices, including firewalls, access controls, and data encryption.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with tools for monitoring and troubleshooting system performance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset to stay ahead of emerging IT trends and threats.
