Job Description - IT Manager

In both fields of activity, the company is active on the export markets serving more than 80 different countries in CIS, Europe, Asia and Latin America. Erensan currently employs 300 people in İstanbul, Yozgat and Ankara. All production processes in our factory are in-line with the international standards. We implement philosophy of lean manufacturing and 5S. The safety of our employees is the key point for us.
To support our development, we are looking for an I T Manager to join our team. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES : The IT Manager carries out the actions necessary to maintain the operational condition and continuously improve all Information Systems, computer equipments and office automation software, in order to guarantee their performance and meet the needs of the users.He is the partner of the Corporate IT department. He is both its client and its representative. Reporting to the General Manager , the IT Manager will be responsible for :

  • Support the start-up of a new factory in all aspects of IT function: IT infrastructure, software & ERP
  • Work with Corporate IT to implement group standard and align its information system.
  • Support local management team in order to help all department being effective with IT
  • Ensure regular reporting to the hierarchy and communicating on a regular basis.
  • Ensure good budgetary control.
  • Recruit, lead, organise and coordinate the team.
  • Realize the annual development interviews and contribute to the career development of its future team.
  • Plan the local IT roadmap in accordance to the local Business strategy and group IT projects.
  • Drive the change on its perimeter by implementing corporate IT project
  • Maintain and develop local Information system
  • Follow the budget monthly and act rapidly in case of any deviation.
  • Organize and ensure the IT support of its perimeter.
  • Responsible of the IT security of its area
  • Order and purchase IT equipment based on the group standard
  • Contribute to conveying the group culture on the site.
  • Act as the interface between the Corporate IT, Cotherm and the local entity.
  • Support the implementation of new guidelines and initiatives.
  • Manage the internal communication, provide them with information when necessary.

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US : Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Information technology and Minimum 5/10 years of experience in international industrial environments
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
  • ERP management - Canias and knowledge in SAP
  • Coding language ASP, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, DHTML and T-SQL for the queries
  • Firewalling management and Network security
  • Troubleshoot and/or escalate internet connection problems with the local ISP.
  • Management of Microsoft Windows & Linux server/GPOs/AD, VMWare ESX/Vsphere virtual machines, Microsoft O365 account, Netapp storage devices, backup and recovery, Network switch, computer
  • Provide day-to-day IT and ERP support.
