Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Perform daily operational IT tasks including end-user device installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and recovery scenarios
• Manage IT inventory and storage through comprehensive stock tracking and proactive asset lifecycle management
• Handle user issues and requests related to authorizations, accounts, software, and general IT problems in both office and production environments, including support for industrial devices and network connectivity
• Provide end-to-end local 1st and 2nd level IT support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and workplace technologies
• Act as the local IT specialist for workplace environments, unified communication solutions, printers, and mobile devices; contribute to design, maintenance, and continuous improvement
• Monitor and enhance end-user experience by proactively identifying issues, addressing user knowledge gaps, and delivering user trainings or enabling sessions
• Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and basic reports; ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards
• Basic knowledge of enterprise backup solutions (e.g., Veeam)
• Managing user, group, and authorization processes
• Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and license management
• Providing support for daily user and service operations
• Windows Server environments
• Compliance with company information security policies
• Supporting operational processes within the scope of ISO 27001
• Basic knowledge of enterprise backup solutions (e.g., Veeam)
• Providing operational support for restore and recovery scenarios
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Specialist or similar role
• Experience in supporting IT infrastructure, including hardware and network systems
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, basic Linux knowledge, and practical IT hardware troubleshooting
• Good understanding of network systems and troubleshooting (firewalls, switches, routers, LAN/WAN/WLAN, structured cabling, network monitoring tools)
• A collaborative team player with a strong willingness to learn and apply new technologies
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
