What You'll Do
- IT Operations & Identity Management: Manage user lifecycles and access controls across Active Directory, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Corporate Technologies while ensuring secure integration with core business apps such as Slack, Jira, and Zoom.
- Process Automation: Design and implement automation workflows for onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless, error-free, and scalable user transitions.
- Hardware & Inventory Management: Lead the full lifecycle of company hardware (macOS and Windows), from procurement and Intune-driven deployment to meticulous inventory tracking and maintenance.
- End-User Support: Provide high-quality technical assistance to local and remote teams, ensuring rapid resolution of hardware and software issues to maintain high operational uptime.
- Connectivity & Workplace Tech: Maintain and troubleshoot office networking (Wi-Fi, LAN) and conference room technologies to ensure seamless team collaboration.
