• Administration of user accounts in AD and subsystems
• Administration and configuration of client systems
• Administration of patch management processes
• Mobile device management
• Support and assistance with SAP user tasks
• Support and assistance with various user software
• Telephone support for internal employees
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• General service and support activities
