Position

We are seeking a Junior IT Specialist to work in the IT department and perform duties in the department's help desk, monitoring, cyber security and all IT management functions.

The key emphasis of this role is to provide defined responsibilities in the areas of managing IT resources, maintaining service quality and supporting IT security standards.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and capable of assuming ownership in their field of expertise.

What You’ll be Doing

· Providing good quality network & help desk services on site.

· Oversee implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure, including firewalls, servers, and security measures.

· Applying IT policies (KVKK, ISO 27001, 5651 etc), procedures to ensure the highest level of data security and compliance.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT requirements and support the development and deployment of our mobile apps and games.

· Maintaining in house HR and Finance softwares and servers.

What You’ll Bring

·1+ year of experience in IT Assistant Specialist, IT Specialist or a related role.

· Intermediate knowledge of network architecture, server management and cyber security practises.

· Intermediate knowledge managing firewalls, intrusion detection systems and other security tools.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

· Strong communication abilities.

· Ability to learn, apply and manage new software, products and systems.

· Keeping an open mind in all functions of the IT department.
