Now we are looking for a Jr. Payroll Specialist who has the following criteria and will add strength to our team.
Job Description
Carrying out payroll processes of employees
Completing and fulfilling legal obligations in a defined time period
Preparing payroll reports
Preparing and submitting all necessary legal notices
Conducting employment and exit procedures on Social Security Institution
Preparing SSI monthly statements and receiving accruals
Sending workforce notifications to İşkur
Monitoring and reporting incentive applications
Requirements
Residency in İzmir
Have a bachelor’s degree in related fields
Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll department
Good knowledge in Turkish labour law
Advanced level knowledge in Excel
Good level language proficiency in English
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to learn quickly and handle complexity, change and ambiguity
Being a good team player
