YOUR ROLE

• Responsible for preparing daily, monthly, and quarterly financial reports for Henkel Consumer Brands, ensuring data accuracy.
• Managing all portfolio and P&L tables to optimize business performance.
• Executing month and quarter closings in coordination with Business Controller, implementing plausibility checks and calculating additional accruals for month end provisions.
• Responsible from the calculations, reporting & controlling of discounts&trade term conditions across all business aspects.
• Supporting sales management by managing, monitoring, and controlling sales budget related to direct customers and distributors.
• Preparing and reporting channel & customer profitability analysis and ensuring financial development with sales team by identifying opportunity areas.
• Monitoring periodic trade spend progress reconciliations with the sales team.
• Quarterly sales premium calculation for sales team and inform HR for payroll purposes.
• Preparing of all ad hoc reporting requests.

YOUR SKILLS

• BSc/BA in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Economics or in a relevant field
• Excellent command of MS Office especially in MS Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI
• Up to 3 years of experience total within the Controlling, preferably in Sales / Commercial Controlling or Financial Planning and Analysis.
• Good knowledge and background of all aspects of financial planning.
• Audit experience is a plus. Preferably, knowledge in SAP FI/CO
• Advanced level of English language (speaking, writing, reading)
• High level of analytical skills, people management & communication skills, problem-solving abilities and detail orientated.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multitude of tasks
