Junior Business Reporting Specialist

About the role  

• Improving sales and overall growth of the Routes in line with sales targets.
• Ensuring communication between customers & operation and finance teams.
• Preparing price proposals for customers and following special prices of customers.
• Supporting the preparation of tariffs for services and products
• Supporting the preparation of budget and medium/long term plans for vessel and intermodal.
• Following vessel and intermodal operations by communicating with customers and other relevant parties.
• Getting involved in the operational process of the Route and increasing the efficiency of use of vessel and train capacity.
• Playing an active role in month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Customer driven
• Excellent communication skills including active listening and speaking.
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer problems.
• Good command of MS Office Applications and expertise in Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A conscientious approach to completing each task
• A keen eye for detail
• Problem-solving skills
• Analytical thinking skills
• Flexible and adaptable way of working
• Works well within a team environment
• Adhere to all relevant policies, operating procedures, and standards at all times.
• Fluent English- at least Upper-Intermediate level of English
