Junior Front End Development Engineer

In Front End Development Engineer role, you'll be a member of the Airline Engineering Services Unit and global engineering community and find a chance to collaborate in the definition of the strategy of the Software Development, technological framework and functional approach in Agile Environment. 

Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You'll also find a chance to work on the implementation of Amadeus solutions in different countries.

In this role you'll find a chance to;

• Design, code, test, debug, document and maintain software solutions

• Work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation

• Design technical solutions and perform feasibility studies

• Collaborate in the validation/acceptance phase of the product cycle ensuring the fine-tuning necessary to finalize the product

What we are looking for;

To succeed in this role, you're required to have relevant experience in the following areas;

• BSc. / MSc. in Computer Science or in related areas

• Advanced level of written and oral English communication skills

• Good knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript/Typescript, Sass, RxJS

• Basic experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular is preferred)

• Basic experience with version control system – Git (Bitbucket, Azure Repo)

• Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

• No overseas travel restrictions
