Your Talent

  • University Degree in related fields,
  • Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken,
  • Extensive SAP knowledge, especially SAP MM, SD modules experience,
  • Knowledge of operating systems,
  • Knowledge of inventory transactions,
  • Preferred Retail & Wholesale sales KPI reports experience,
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications, especially very good in Excel,
  • Proactive; ability to make decisions without significant management oversight,
  • Results driven, strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills,

Your Mission

  • Uploads the seasonal & replenishment orders which is reported from WHSL and DTC channels to SAP .
  • Defines net sales amounts and customer discounts within order documents.
  • Checks incoming stocks of seasonal products against the respective orders on the system, creates delivery forms and forwards details of consignment to the Warehouse.
  • Checks stock provisions of open orders and follows up pending blocked orders.
  • Follow-up of hard-launch products.
  • When necessary, cancels customer orders for appropriate reasons.
  • Collects relevant data regarding problematic shipments; provides flow of information for the cargo company and warehouse check and finalizes the same.
  • Creates and keeps track of cargo calls for receipt of product returns. Determines invoice amounts for product returns.
  • Enters Consignment product returns into system (KR).
  • Performs warehouse-to-warehouse transfer and outgoing product procedures for the products drawn from inventory and stores by the Merchandising Department.
  • Supports Finance Department for reconciliation of consignment customers for shipment and returns.
  • Determines invoice quantities and amounts for defective product returns.
  • Prepares Daily warehouse performance and status reports.
  • Should comply flexible working hours.
