Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and execution of data collection projects, including timelines, resource allocation, and reporting.
- Supervise and guide small field teams, ensuring adherence to project protocols and deadlines.
- Use knowledge of the local market to support participant recruitment strategies and optimize outreach.
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and escalate challenges to senior management when needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams (research, operations, project management) to align fieldwork with project goals.
- Contribute to training sessions for field staff and provide feedback to improve team performance.
- Prepare status updates and project documentation for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Market Research, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in data collection, field operations, market research, or team coordination.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and cultural dynamics relevant to participant recruitment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage small teams effectively under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a team coordinator, project assistant, or junior lead in data-driven environments.
- Familiarity with survey tools, participant databases, or digital recruitment platforms.
- Fluency in multiple local languages is an asset.
