Job Description - Key Account Acquisition Professionals

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Own a portfolio of strategic prospects and drive acquisition from first contact to signed agreement.

  • Build and execute account plans: value proposition, negotiation strategy, stakeholder mapping, and closing plan.

  • Collaborate with Sales Intelligence to identify “must-win” accounts using data signals (demand gaps, cuisine, location, competition).

  • Lead commercial negotiations and align internal approvals.

  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (Ops, onboarding, product, growth) to unblock deal requirements.

  • Ensure high-quality handover to onboarding: complete documentation, menu readiness expectations, operational constraints.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline updates and forecasting; provide qualitative market feedback.

  • Represent TGO at onsite meetings when needed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


  • -3+ years in B2B sales, key account acquisition, or business development

  • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills

  • Comfortable with data-driven targeting and structured pipeline management

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

  • Experience in food delivery / Q-commerce marketplace or restaurant industry is preferred
