In line with its vision to become one of the top five financial institutions in Türkiye, iyzico acquired Paynet in 2025 and continues to serve more than 185.000 merchants.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and growing relationships with existing key accounts to ensure long-term partnership and customer loyalty
- Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer portfolio
- Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions to maximize account value
- Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Conducting regular business reviews and creating action plans to support customer growth
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Monitoring customer feedback, market trends, and account performance to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Graduating from relevant departments of universities
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in a similar position
- Experience with e-commerce , retail and payment systems would be an advantage
- Knowing technology concepts well, developing customer needs and positioning the right products and solutions
- Customer-focused, strong communication, business tactics, and planning competence
- The successful candidate will be an analytically driven team player who is motivated by an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
- Tend to teamwork, able to cope with stress
- Experience in solving analytical problems
