What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead Engineer - Automation (Commissioning) to join our team at Dishwasher Plant.

• Participating in Automation projects for developing production lines or systems,


• Commissioning industrial robotics, productivity, image processing, and various automation projects


• Managing outsourced automation projects,


• Evaluating designs, documents, standards, algorithms, and technologies,


• Carrying out development activities on software and hardware to keep the efficiency of robotic automation lines at the desired level.


• Developing automation systems to digitalize production lines,


• Working on PLCs, industrial robots, image processing, data collecting, and analysis,


• Planning, managing, and executing projects,


• Researching new technologies and ensuring their integration into existing or new projects,

The position is located in Ankara, Türkiye.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Control & Automation, Mechatronics, or Electrical - Electronic Engineering,


• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position,


• At least 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing plant, and willing to be


• Strong knowledge of automation control algorithms and PLCs (Especially Siemens and Omron, etc.),


• Working experience with industrial robotic automation systems,


• Knowledge of electrical plan writing and reading,


• Knowledge of C# or Python Programming languages is a plus.


• Willing to work on coordinating and controlling new investment processes technically and financially,


• Willing to work on project management,


• Having effective presentation skills,


• Flexible and open to new perspectives,


• Being suitable for flexible working hours,


• Ability to manage a team, able to follow the work effectively, responsible,


• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
