What awaits you in this role?

We are looking  for a Lead Engineer-Process who will work for Washing Machine Factory. 

What awaits you in this role?

• Knowledge about mechanical progressive and multi-step transfer presses; hydraulic presses and complementary sheet metal processing equipment,


• Good knowledge and experience of stainless, pre-painted and galvanized steel parts production


• Helping the designers for producibility of metal parts and providing continuous improvements on parts and processes.


• Identifying/improving the best suitable process technologies for sheet metal production and iron/aluminium casting processes


• Preparation of technical specifications for dies, presses and complementary equipment


• Mould design approvals and following mould-design schedule and activities at mould manufacturers


• Capable to manage die trials (T-1 to T-final), applying die adjustments and part first sample approval (FSA) processes


• Experienced for process capability analysis & statistical control analysis


• Preferably experienced at CNC machining


• Preferably experienced at aluminium injection process


• Preferably has knowledge about iron casting process,


• Familiar with highly automized working environment


• Experienced for non-touch visioning quality control systems 

The position is in Manisa.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience on sheet metal process,
