What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Lead – Treasury & Cash Management who will join our team at Finance & Enterprise Risk Directorate.

• Assess exposures and apply the right risk mitigation in line with company procedures,


• Oversee and analyse the company's FX, liquidity and commodity risk on a daily basis,


• Work closely with dealers and internal stakeholders to manage daily liquidity and FX-IR-commodity risk positions,


• Execute financial market transactions efficiently and in line with regulations and internal policies,


• Run mark-to-market valuations and maintain strong control processes across financial operations,


• Evaluate hedge performance, substantiate and report financing P&L figures within the company,


• Analyse financing P&L to optimise financial outcomes,


• Build and refresh periodic financial risk reports for management,


• Deliver regulatory reporting accurately and on time,


• Apply, update and uphold treasury policies and procedures,


• Support ISDA/CSA negotiations for over-the-counter derivative transactions across subsidiaries,


• Administer the Treasury Management System
  
  
  The position is located in Sütlüce, İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines,


• Minimum 4-6 years of Bank / Corporate Treasury experience, preferably with additional relevant experience in banks related divisions,


• Solid grasp of treasury products and transactions, banking regulations, valuation tools and risk management,


• Working knowledge of SAP with proficiency in treasury systems and tools,


• Business fluency in written and spoken English,


• Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint,


• Strong teamwork and communication skills,


• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
