• Conduct domestic and foreign legal practices.
• Prepare and inspect contracts both in Turkish and English.
• Follow-up regulations and inform related parties.
• Manage externally received legal services and coordinate relations with the consultant firms.
• Prepare and analyze legal reports.
• Follow-up daily notifications and organize relevant legal procedures and processes.
• Ensure compliance with global data protection regulations, including KVKK, GDPR and oversee the implementation of related policies and procedures.
• Manage compliance programs related to competition law, anti-corruption, and data protection, oversee the compliance hotline and ensure compliance with company policies and laws.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in law departments or consultancy law firms.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate legal experience.
• Knowledge of Contracts, Commercial, Corporate, Competition, Data Protection Law, Real-Estate and Labor Law; Competition Law knowledge is required.
• Compliance knowledge and practice are essential.
• Knowledge of ensuring compliance with local data protection regulations (KVKK, GDPR) is a must.
• Litigation knowledge and practice are important.
• Strong administrative correspondence skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with organizational skills.
• Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment.
• No military obligation for male candidates.

METRO's Head Office follows a hybrid working model! We work remotely on Fridays, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere. Plus, each year, you can choose two additional weeks to work remotely on your own terms!
