LOGISTIC TEAM LEADER (m/f/d)
Istanbul, Turkey
 
 
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
 
  • Lead and coordinate import, export and transportation operations to ensure on-time delivery to customers and dealers
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and warehouse partners
  • Oversee purchasing activities, purchase orders and inventory planning to support business needs
  • Monitor logistics performance, costs and KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, foreign trade requirements and local standards
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Care, Service and Finance teams to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Drive process optimization and support digitalization initiatives across logistics and supply chain operations
 
 

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or international trade operations
  • Solid knowledge of import/export processes, customs regulations and transportation management
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working with ERP systems and MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across functions and external partners
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in a dynamic international environment
