We are growing and looking for a passionate, bold, and driven Logistics and Customer Service Analyst based in Istanbul! Are you the one?

What you will be doing in this role:

You will be in charge of the efficiency and control of the Logistics & Supply Chain business activities from order receipt to product delivery while continuously designing automation & transformation improvement actions to customers.

This will be done through the following actions:

  • Analyze customer issues to develop processes to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Support transportation planning cycle and improvement opportunities in truck utilization
  • Become familiar with the Customer’s business model, objectives and roadmap and coordinate with respective teams when needed (Sales & Supply Chain departments)
  • Optimizing end to end flow of products from DCs to customers.
  • Performing such activities – Loss Tree and Root Cause Analysis of top losses, stock issues, system, credit management issues.
  • Formulating calculations on Customer Case Fill On-Time, monitoring performance at weekly/monthly intervals.
  • Developing such tools & systems that support company’s progress towards Supply Chain automatization/digitalization transformation projects.
  • Paying attention to vehicle occupancy and route optimization of orders, manage the logistics operations processes and create shipments with suppliers

What do we expect from our future colleague

  • University Degree in a related field
  • At least 2 - 3 years of experiences in Order Management, Planning, Logistics, and Distribution
  • Proficiency with MS Office Programs, SAP knowledge will be a plus
  • Highly analytic & data driven approach with an ownership perspective
  • Logistics Operation Management
