Job Description

• Demand verification & order processing
• Delivery schedules edits
• Logistic Service provider, production plants & Supplier interface
• Management of complaints indicated by Suppliers
• Management of complaints regarding packaging quality and further issues
• Monitoring and control of Empties Account
• Clarification of differences with internal and external partners

Qualifications

• University degree in the field of industrial engineering, business administration,logistics/ supply chain management
• Preferably 2 years of experience in logistics planning processes
• Fluent in German
• English is mandatory
• Knowledge in MS Office and SAP (MM)
• Customer oriented thinking
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
