Sorumluluklar

• Kilit yerel müşterilerinin yönetilmesi; düzenli ziyaret & toplantılarla iyi ilişkilerin geliştirilmesi
• Müşterilerin yıllık iş planının yapılması ve uygulanması (Müşteri işbirliği Planı , satış, kasa çıkışı, aktivite yönetimi)
• Müşteri performansını data odaklı yakın takibini yaparak; düzenli aralıklarla iş sonuçlarının rapor&sunumlarının paylaşılması
• Distributor ekipleri vs şirket içi sipariş sorumlularıyla düzenli iletişim halinde olup gerekli koordinasyonu sağlayarak; aylık planlama/hedef&gerçekleşme takibinin yapılması
• Mağaza içi mükemmellik kriterlerinin maksimum düzeyde uygulanmasının sağlanması
• Müşterilerin ticari harcama bütçesinin şirket planlarına uyumlu şekilde yönetilmesi
• Bölgesinde bulunan iş arkadaşları ve tüm paydaşlar ile iyi ilişkiler kurulması ve geliştirilmesi
• Şirket aktiviteleriyle ilgili düzenli geri bildirimler vererek, gelişim alanlarıyla şirket içi iletişim sağlamak & aksiyonlar almak
• Yeni ürünlerin dağılımını şirket beklentilerine paralel şekilde tamamlanmasını sağlamak
• Saha ekibi ile koordinasyon ve uyum içinde çalışılması

• FMCG sektöründe, tercihen firmaların gıda dışı kategorisinde en az 3-5 sene tecrübeli
• Seyahat engeli bulunmayan
• Ekip yönetimi tecrübesi bulunan
• Yenilikçi,analitik ve sonuç odaklı
• Müşteri yönetimi tecrübesi bulunan
• Güçlü iletişim, müzakere ve koordinasyon yeteğine sahip
• Üniversite mezunu
