Job Description

• Developing and overseeing periodic, preventive, and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Identifying and managing necessary spare parts in line with the maintenance plan.
• Streamlining the maintenance budget for optimal efficiency.
• Proposing and executing improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Conducting root cause analysis of breakdowns using the 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagram methods.
• Leading the implementation of Kaizen and 5S practices with the maintenance team.
• Assisting the production team with autonomous maintenance activities.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Preferably at least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing or TPM implementation.
• Knowledge of SAP PM module is a plus.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Quality-oriented and task-focused.
• Open to change and development.
• Strong skills in teamwork, analytical thinking, and communication.
• Excellent planning, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
